The current  system was created by the owning class to take advantage of the rest of us for their own financial gain. It must be replaced by socialism, a system in which common people truly have a say in our communities, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

We want a democracy that answers the big questions in our lives with everyone’s input and makes room for us all to thrive rather than just survive. The main economic forces that shape our lives, like transportation and energy production, are things we wish to jointly own.

El sistema actual fue creado por la clase dominante para aprovecharse del resto de nosotros y obtener su propio beneficio económico. Debe ser reemplazado por el socialismo democrático, un sistema en el que la gente común realmente tenga voz y voto en nuestras comunidades, lugares de trabajo y nuestras comunidades.

Queremos una democracia que responda a las grandes preguntas de nuestras vidas con la participación de todos y nos permita prosperar en lugar de simplemente sobrevivir. Las principales fuerzas económicas que configuran nuestras vidas, como el transporte y la producción de energía, son bienes que deseamos compartir.
